Timothy W. Moppin has extensive trial, litigation, and arbitration experience in substantially all areas of employment and commercial litigation. He has successfully defended employers in cases involving wage and hour disputes, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. His practice includes all stages of litigation, from pleadings and motions to trial preparation and arbitration.
In addition to litigation, Mr. Moppin provides preventative services to clients, including labor negotiations, legal counsel, training, and risk management strategies. He has represented businesses across industries, offering guidance on compliance with labor and employment laws and dispute resolution.
Before joining Apex Employment Law, LLP, Mr. Moppin practiced at several prominent law firms, where he managed complex employment and commercial litigation matters. He is admitted to practice in the State of California and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central, Eastern, and Southern Districts of California.
