All of the firm’s attorneys are experienced litigators who represent employers in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies in individual claims, class actions, collective actions, and representative actions.
We provide training to supervisors and managers, including mandatory sexual harassment prevention training in California.
We conduct investigations of alleged misconduct, including allegations of sexual harassment and other forms of harassment.
Collective Bargaining and Grievance Arbitrations
